Push-In Connectors

A push-in connector, also known as a push-in coupling or push-in fitting, is a widely used fitting for hose installation in lubrication and pneumatic systems. The hose is easily pushed into the connector until it reaches the stop. It is held in place by a special O-ring and a locking ring. The O-ring ensures a secure seal, while the locking ring firmly grips the hose within the connector. By pressing the release ring, the hose can be easily disconnected from the fitting.

Push-in fittings act as a type of quick-connect for pneumatic systems. The flexible tubing can simply be pushed into the fitting, making assembly fast and efficient. With the push-in connector, the hose is smoothly inserted up to the stop, allowing easy installation and removal without compromising the seal.
