Progressive metering devices SSVD

Ancotech Lubrication Techniques has a wide range of Lincoln SSVD progressive grease distributor blocks. These blocks ensure an even distribution of the lubricant over all outputs, regardless of pipe length or different pressure resistances in the lubrication points. The lubricant therefore does not seek the path of least resistance.

Closing one or more outputs will increase the volume. Like the Lincoln SSV, the volume from this closed output is added via an internal channel to the next lubrication point. Additionally, with the Lincoln SSVD distribution block, it is possible to adjust the volume per outlet pair using different dosing screws. This feature is useful when different flows are desired from a single distributor. Different volumes can be preset for each outlet (greasing point).

SSVD

The SSVD-type measuring device is a compact progressive single-block dosing device with adjustable output through different dosing screws. The screw provides a specific amount of output per two outputs (opposite each other), allowing for different amounts of lubricant to be applied to the lubrication points.
